Louisville's The Homies share refreshing visual for "Shake"

The Homies have returned with a refreshing new visual for their song "Shake". The four man indie hip-hop group, comprised of members Quiiso, Shloob, Ace Pro, and 2forwOyNE,  are members of Louisville's Private Garden collective alongside Jack Harlow and more. Presenting a sound that is equal parts energetic and smooth, the group is a do-it-all creative force, creating all of their beats, rhymes and music videos in house. Their latest offering "Shake" features sleek, focused rhymes and infectious production, paired with an engaging new visual directed by the group's own Ace Pro.

"Shake"'s instrumental, produced by 2forwoyne, is hypnotic and enlivening, with creeping synths drifting atop crunchy percussion and bouncy 808s. Quiiso enters first with charismatic bars that showcase his command of the microphone, as he weaves together dynamic flows atop the vivid production. He showcases natural chemistry with emcee and video director Ace Pro, who follows up with a more laid-back delivery and delivers a sleek, smooth verse. Paired with a vibrant new visual that captures the group's vital, fun-loving style, this offering pulses with an intoxicating energy that makes it difficult to sit still.

The latest from Louisville's The Homies, the self-produced "Shake" is a bright, engaging release that follows up their 2021 album Honest Living.
